PLEASE NOTE

With effect from 09/07/2008 the Auction House will be closed until 25/07/2008

Thereafter we will re-open (as a shop) on Monday thru Friday from 10:00 until 16:00

We will then close from 18/08/2008 until 01/09/2008 until the first Auction on 14/09/2008

We will also be running MONTHLY auctions in Gazimagusa later this year - details to follow

Amanda at Iain's Auctions, established in the late 90's, is the only true Auction House in the TRNC.

Well established with an enthusiastic workforce, the regular auctions at our dedicated premises attract good audiences looking for that bargain, whether on holiday or resident.

Monday thru Thursday

Until 1st July 2008 10:00 until 16:00 and thereafter 09:00 until 13:00

House Rules

1. There is a "hammer charge" of 13.5% on the "sale price" payable by the purchaser

2. There is a 16% kdv charge on "hammer charge"

3. Sale and price of each item is deemed complete at the fall of the hammer

4. Please be aware that this is a professional business and your consideration for both staff and customers alike is paramount.

5. All purchased items may be picked up after the completion of the Auction up to and including the following Tuesday at 1600hrs

6. All costs must be paid prior to pick up

7. There is a charge for delivery of large items

8. Please park sensibly at the venue, with consideration for our neighbours

9. Electrical items cannot be guaranteed to work its the responsibility of the buyer to check it first
